1. Complete information on crude benzene

Crude benzene is one of the products generated from coal pyrolysis in crude coal gas. It is a benzene based compound recovered from coke oven gas after deamination, with benzene content being the main component, and is called crude benzene. Crude benzene is one of the products in the crude coal gas generated by coal pyrolysis Basic Introduction Chinese Name: Crude Benzene Foreign Name: Motor benzol Definition: One of the products in the crude coal gas generated by coal pyrolysis Content: Mainly benzene content Basic introduction, definition, characteristics, chemical properties, processing conditions, usage introduction, product use, safety requirements Basic introduction Definition: Crude benzene is one of the products in the crude coal gas generated by coal pyrolysis, which is recovered from the coke oven gas after deamination. Among them, the benzene content is mainly benzene, which is called crude benzene. Crude benzene is a light yellow transparent liquid, lighter than water, and insoluble in water. During storage, unsaturated compounds oxidize and polymerize to form resin substances, which dissolve in crude benzene and darken in color. Chemical properties: colorless to light yellow, volatile, non-polar liquid. Has high refractive index and strong aromatic aroma. The most commonly used method for recovering crude benzene from coal gas during processing is the wash oil absorption method. A recovery rate of 90% to 96% can be achieved using multi-stage countercurrent absorption method. The absorption temperature should not exceed 20-23 ℃. After final cooling, the gas contains 25-40g/m3 of crude benzene. It enters the benzene washing tower and sprays wash oil. The gas

flows from bottom to top, and the gas and wash oil come into contact in reverse flow. The wash oil absorbs crude benzene to become rich oil, and the rich oil removes the absorbed crude benzene, which is called lean oil. The lean oil absorbs crude benzene in the benzene washing tower and becomes rich oil again. Rich oil contains 2-3% benzene, while lean oil contains no more than 0.5% benzene. The suitable method for removing benzene from rich oil is to use steam distillation. Preheat the rich oil to 130-140 ℃ and then enter the benzene removal tower. Steam is introduced into the bottom of the tower at a commonly used pressure of 0.5-0.7Mpa. Alternatively, a tube furnace can be used to heat the rich oil to 170-180 ℃ before entering the benzene removal tower. The reflux rate at the top of the tower is 2.5-3.5m3/h, and the temperature at the top of the tower is 90-100 ℃. The temperature of lean oil is 2-7 ℃ higher than that of gas after final cooling, usually 25-27 ℃. The crude benzene vapor coming out of the benzene removal tower passes through the crude benzene condenser from top to bottom, first exchanging heat and condensing with rich oil, and then cooled to 30 ℃ by chilled water. It enters the crude benzene oil-water separator, and the separated crude benzene enters the crude benzene reflux tank. Some of the crude benzene is sent to the top of the benzene removal tower by the crude benzene reflux pump for reflux, while the remaining crude benzene is sold as a product in the crude benzene storage tank. The separated water flows into the control separator for further oil-water separation. The oil flows into the underground emptying tank and is pumped into the lean oil storage tank by the submersible pump. The separated wa
